One of the projects Khalina had in school was something called "Country of Consequence". The country she learned about was Cambodia, and as part of the project she made a desert called Nom Som Chaek. Basically, it's sticky rice, coconut milk, and bananna wrapped in bananna leaf and steamed. We took these pictures for her journal.
